Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant for our jewellery shop. The candidate will manage daily accounts, billing, GST work, inventory accounting, cash handling, and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP
Handle sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
Manage jewellery stock and inventory records
Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST filing
Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
Handle billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Prepare daily/monthly financial reports
Maintain proper documentation of invoices and vouchers
Ensure accuracy in gold, diamond,



and jewellery stock accounting

Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP
MS Excel knowledge
Valuable accounting and bookkeeping skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in jewellery showroom accounting is an advantage

Salary (depending on experience)

Working Hours

Weekly off as per company policy

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
