Job Title: Accounts & Taxation Executive

Location: Katraj-Kondhwa Road, Pune

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, and GST returns.
Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, and applicable income tax compliance.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and maintain records.
Perform bank reconciliation, customer/vendor ledger reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Assist with audits, account finalization, and coordination with CA/tax consultants.




Ensure timely statutory compliance and accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com / M.Com in Commerce or Accounting.
Relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and taxation.
Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and the GST portal.
Solid analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
