Responsibility Statements:
Validate client requests by reviewing all relevant information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
Analyze each request to understand the nature and scope of the required changes.
Create current Purchase Orders (POs) or update existing POs in the client application based on the client’s requirements.
Ensure all PO transactions are completed with a high level of accuracy and within the expected timelines.
Coordinate with client stakeholders and suppliers through email to clarify requirements and support timely completion of requests.
