Role & responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and define AI use cases.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI/GenAI initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend AI architectures, frameworks, and solution approaches.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
Support design of AI Agent, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Ensure explainability, traceability, governance, and responsible AI practices are considered during solution design.
Assist in AI product delivery using Agile methodologies.
Evaluate AI outputs, risks, and business adoption strategies.

Preferred candidate profile




5+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 3 years focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI platforms.
Solid understanding of LLMs and Generative AI ecosystems.
Experience working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks.
Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile settings.
