AutoCAD Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Designing
Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop machine parts, fixtures, and production drawings as per requirements.
Modify and update existing designs based on feedback.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and accurate.

CNC Division Management
Lead and supervise the CNC division.
Allocate daily work to CNC operators and monitor progress.
Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and manpower.
Maintain quality standards for all CNC operations.
Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
Oversee maintenance and safety compliance of CNC machines.

Skills Required




Solid expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
In-depth knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle production planning and work allocation.
Problem-solving, quality focus, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
4–6 years of experience in CNC operations and CAD designing.
