We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives in Palakkad. This role requires a confident communicator who can connect with high-value clients, developers, and stakeholders, while aligning with our brand’s excellence in design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and engage potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, commercial property owners) through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into active projects.
Client Relationship Management
Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Techhome offerings.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized proposals and close deals.
Strategic Market Development
Build local partnerships with builders, realtors, and design consultants to generate continuous referrals.
Represent Techhome at real estate expos, design conferences, and regional networking events in and around Districts.
Sales Reporting & Coordination
Track performance and submit regular updates on leads, follow-ups, closures, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with the Kerala head office and other regional teams to align sales strategies with overall goals.
Education: Any Graduate, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales is mandatory, Preferably in real estate, construction, or other premium B2C service industries.
Solid knowledge of the local market is highly preferred.
Minimum one-year commitment to our organization is expected.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Client-focused approach with ability to sell premium villas.
Fluent in English and Malayalam (mandatory); knowledge of Tamil is a bonus
Willingness to travel.
