Role Summary:

This job will augment the Finance by taking up the current BAU tasks to manage Reporting for Shareholders, Regulatory and Statutory including closure of financial statements & engagement with the auditors.

Key focus areas:
Ensure timely preparation and closure of financial statements monthly as per GAAP and Regulatory norms
Analyzes of key movements, compliances, duly explain in the review meetings
Steer and support audit/review process every quarter and get the financial statements certified
Ensure timely and accurate filing of regulatory returns and other formats as required
Review and confirmation that the Control activities (review of recons, follow up on exceptions etc) that are documented under the Risk Control Matrices are done and documented
Support ICoFR process around all the financial accounting and reporting to ensure that all requirements of company level internal control framework are addressed.




Develop appropriate system/reports to aid in the management and mining of financial information
Enhance process efficiencies and analytics design pertaining to reporting.
Assist in exercising other critical reporting reviews
Maintain updated documentation of all key processes in financial closure and recurring reportings to the regulator & shareholder

Qualifications & Competencies:
CA Fresher with articleship experience in a mid-size audit firm handling audit and accounting of BFSI clients.
Positive knowledge of Ind AS is a must.
Robust oral and written communication skills and be able to manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization
Ability to take ownership and deliver within scheduled timelines
