Packaging Activities
Package and repackage applications using standard packaging tools.
Create MSI, MSIX, and IntuneWin packages as per approved standards.
Configure silent installation parameters, detection methods, and deployment rules.
Testing and Validation
Perform installation, uninstallation, repair, and upgrade testing.
Conduct UAT support and capture testing evidence.
Verify package functionality on Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
Troubleshoot basic package and deployment issues.
Deployment Support
Publish applications through Intune and SCCM/MECM under guidance.
Monitor deployment success and failure status.
Assist in resolving application installation incidents and user issues.
Automation and Scripting
Develop PowerShell scripts for silent installation, detection methods, uninstall automation, registry changes, and custom deployment requirements.
