Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accountant to support our accounts and finance operations. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, purchase and sales entries, GST documentation, vendor payments, customer outstanding follow-ups, bank reconciliation, and maintaining financial records for our industrial automation and engineering business.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in GST-related documentation, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data preparation.




Handle TDS documentation and support statutory compliance activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery challans, and material receipts.
Coordinate with the purchase, stores, sales, and project departments for invoice and payment documentation.
Maintain records of project expenses, material purchases, transport charges, and other business expenses.
Assist in preparing payment schedules, expense statements, and accounts reports.
Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Support the senior accountant during monthly closing, audits, and financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of accounting records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
