Eligibility & Required Skills
Undergraduate degree, preferably B.E./B.Tech pass out in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Valuable understanding of computer fundamentals, Windows operating systems, and basic troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of programming or scripting concepts is preferred.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software installation processes.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn current technologies.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic awareness of ITIL processes and IT service management is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as Windows administration, Active Directory, or endpoint management.
