Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially nursing and bulk hiring.
Handle HR operations, onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, UAN, and ESIC compliance
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records.
Handle employee grievances and guide the HR team.
Coordinate with unit heads, department managers, central HR, and finance.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely vacancy closure.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Mandatory hospital industry experience.
Solid experience in nursing recruitment.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
