Roles and Responsibilities :
Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics of the BMS.
Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
Monitor and analyze BMS data to proactively identify and action opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
Design, implement and manage BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Processes which are scalable across the globe.
Support the development and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
Collaborate closely with WWRE, D&C;, Sustainability, RME and other stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements, business objectives, and operational needs.

Job Requirements :




Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of skilled or military experience
Work a versatile schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Ability to remotely troubleshoot BMS devices and communication issues, including fieldbus (BACnet, LON, Modbus via RS485), Network Gateways and IP-based protocols (Niagara Fox, MQTT, BACnet/IP, SNMP).
Ability to integrate multiple communications protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, SNMP to a single platform with normalized data for standard visualization.
