1.Lead international business development for pharmaceutical formulations across LATAM/CIS.
Develop and execute strategies for market expansion, revenue growth and current business acquisition.
Manage the complete business development cycle - lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, commercial discussions, contracts and closure.
Work closely with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing teams to assess and execute new business opportunities.
Provide MIS reports on queries, deals, and monthly achievements, with proper analysis.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer visits and business meetings to generate recent opportunities.
Identify and onboard current international clients, partners, and business opportunities.
Strong understanding of regulated and emerging international markets.
Qualifications
B. Pharm / M. Pharm combined with an MBA (International Business or Marketing preferred).
Excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
