Role Description The Account Specialist at Fitspire – Health | Wellness is a full-time, in office role based in Connaught Place. This role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels.

The Account

Specialist will monitor account activity, handle billing and finance-related queries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing account reports, analyzing account performance,



and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention. The role also requires transparent communication with customers and stakeholders, adherence to company policies, and active participation in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial record maintenance
Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports
Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support
Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking
Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy
Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination
Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activities

Responsible for maintaining E-Commerce financial records and marketplace reconcilations.
