Key Responsibilities
Assist the Centre Manager in daily centre operations and administration.
Coordinate with trainers, staff, and students to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor student admissions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Support the team in achieving centre targets and improving student satisfaction.
Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
Handle student and parent concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant experience in centre management, administration, education, or the beauty and wellness industry is preferred.
Valuable communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with different teams.
Salary: 30000-35000 per month.
