Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of hospital operations.
Monitor operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate with HODs and departmental teams to address operational issues.
Monitor patient flow, waiting time, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and applicable NABH standards.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Monitor operational performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
Support manpower planning, duty allocation, and resource utilization.
Handle patient and departmental escalations and facilitate timely resolution.




Coordinate with support services, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and patient care services.
Assist in developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives.
Support internal audits, quality improvement activities, and documentation.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager or senior management.
