Core Responsibilities
Guest Relations &
Service Excellence:

Welcome VIP guests, offer bespoke cocktail recommendations, pair drinks with fine-dining menus, and handle special requests or complaints discreetly.
Shift Supervision &
Staff Guidance:

Lead daily pre-shift briefings, allocate duty rosters, monitor grooming standards, and train bartenders, barbacks, and bar stewards.
Mixology &
Quality Control:

Oversee the preparation of classic and signature cocktails, ensure strict adherence to standardized recipes, and maintain high standards of presentation and glassware.
Inventory &
Stock Management:

Conduct daily/weekly stock audits, track high-end spirits, wines, and craft beers, manage cellar operations, and minimize product wastage.
Compliance &
Safety:

Enforce local liquor licensing laws, age verification, sanitation codes, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service.
Administrative &
Financial Support:

Reconcile daily POS billing and cash floats, generate shift sales reports, and assist the Bar Manager or Food &
Beverage (F&B;) Manager with cost controls.
