About the Role The Chennai Mobiles is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage our Pattambi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales, team management, customer handling, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Drive sales of mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, profitability, and branch performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
Maintain proper store discipline, grooming, attendance, and operational standards.
Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product displays.
Ensure company policies, SOPs, and processes are followed.
Analyse sales performance and take corrective actions to improve results.
Coordinate with the management and submit regular branch performance reports.
Train and develop team members to improve product knowledge and sales performance.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales/branch management.
Experience in mobile retail, electronics, FMCG, or similar retail sectors will be preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and profitability.
Positive knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and current market trends.
Ability to manage branch operations independently.
Should be willing to take ownership of branch performance.
