Job Responsibilities
Analyze business performance, operational processes, and sales data to identify improvement prospects.
Collect, organize, and interpret data from various departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business performance and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, lead conversion rates, and sales performance.
Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend practical solutions.
Analyze customer data, market trends, and business requirements to support decision-making.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, telecalling, and management teams to understand business challenges.
Track lead generation, customer appointments, site visits, and booking conversions.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.




Assist management in developing business strategies, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across business reports.
Follow up with departments to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommended improvements.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
