Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative functions and dark-store support across the North region. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce or quick commerce, strong vendor management skills, and a willingness to travel across locations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative operations across dark stores in the North region.
Oversee store infrastructure, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility management.
Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, and administrative expenses.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other internal teams.
Monitor administrative budgets,



invoices, procurement, and expense reports.
Resolve store-level administrative issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
Support recent dark-store launches, setup, and expansion activities.
Maintain MIS reports and track administrative costs and service quality.

Requirements
Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or dark-store operations.
Strong experience in administration and multi-location facility management.
Ability to independently manage administrative requirements across the North region.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
Robust vendor management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, budgeting, and documentation.

Compensation 7–11 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
