Role & responsibilities:
Identifying prospects and designing policies to achieve them,
Making long-term plans, Ensures organizational goals are achieved.
Develop solid team and ensuring quality results are achieved•
Supervision of billing, collections, banking, statutory compliances
Periodical MIS, Budgeting, Returns filing
Supervision of individual and functional performance
Manage, control and develop the Air Freight (FAR) import & export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets.
Negotiate for positive pricing with Airline. Sales knowledge

Preferred candidate profile
Must have Import / Export and Cargo Product Knowledge.
Thorough knowledge in Pricing.
Should have Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Sell
Should have Leadership and Administration skills.
Effective Team Leadership skills. Coaching & Mentoring Skills
