Primary Responsibilities:
Assortment Planning: Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute product assortments within assigned categories, considering customer demand and market trends.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely and effective product procurement and delivery.
Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring a balance between demand and supply while minimizing excess stock and avoiding stockouts.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify prospects, trends, and potential gaps within assigned categories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including marketing,
