Role & responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Develop customer relationships and acquire current customers.
Monitor gold loan disbursements, renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
Achieve business targets for gold loans, NCDs, and other financial products.
Verify customer documents and complete KYC procedures.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of business activities.
