Supervision of billing, collections, banking, statutory compliances
Periodical MIS, Budgeting, Returns filing
Supervision of individual and functional performance
Manage, control and develop the Air Freight (FAR) import & export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business workplace to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets.
Negotiate for valuable pricing with Airline. Sales knowledge

Preferred candidate profile
Having Import / Export and Cargo Product Knowledge.
Thorough knowledge in Pricing.
Should have Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Sell
Should have Leadership and Administration skills.
Effective Team Leadership skills. Coaching & Mentoring Skills
