Job Title: Accountant – Tally Prime / ERP

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting, finalization of accounts, basic GST, and working experience in Tally Prime / ERP.

The candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles, ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally Prime / ERP.
Maintain and review ledgers, vouchers, and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation.
Assist in the preparation and finalization of accounts.
Prepare trial balance, profit and loss account, and balance sheet schedules.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Have basic knowledge of GST, including input tax credit (ITC), GST invoices, and GST returns.
Assist with GST reconciliation and related documentation.




Maintain proper supporting documents, invoices, and vouchers.
Assist in audit-related activities and year-end closing.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Practical working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and finalization of accounts.
Basic knowledge of GST and GST compliance.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally Prime / ERP, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, GST basics, and assisting in finalization of accounts will be preferred.
