Visit real estate developers’ head offices to develop new mandate business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, directors, and key decision-makers.
Identify potential redevelopment and real estate mandate opportunities.
Generate leads, conduct business meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and secure mandate agreements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with developers to convert opportunities into business.

Requirements: Experience in real estate business development, robust networking and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel across Mumbai for developer meetings.

Candidate Requirements:
Well-groomed with a qualified personality.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Robust networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in real estate business development and mandate acquisition preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
