Drive sales operations excellence and business process improvement initiatives.
Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs and operational workflows.
Monitor field sales productivity, channel performance, and operational KPIs.
Support the implementation and adoption of SFA, CRM, DMS, and sales automation tools.
Analyze business data, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop MIS reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support change management and execution of business transformation projects.

Preferred candidate profile
58 years of relevant experience in FMCG, distribution, sales operations, or business transformation.
Solid understanding of GTM, RTM, and channel sales processes.
Hands-on exposure to SFA, CRM, DMS, or similar sales technology platforms.
Robust Excel, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
