About The Chance A fast-scaling marketing agency in India, we partner with D2C brands and startups to drive growth through data-powered campaigns, performance marketing, and strategic client acquisition. Our BDEs are the frontline architects of client pipelines — identifying high-potential prospects, pitching tailored solutions, and turning cold leads into long-term revenue partners. We thrive on agility, scalability, and measurable ROI — and we’re building a team that’s hungry to win.

Role & Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close deals with SMBs and mid-market brands across e-commerce, SaaS, and D2C verticals.
Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads — prioritizing high-intent markets across India.
Present customized marketing solution packages (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Influencer, Social) aligned to client objectives.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to build high-conversion proposals and pitch decks.

Track and report pipeline metrics weekly (lead volume, conversion rate, deal size, close rate) to leadership.
Manage CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) — log interactions, update deal stages, and ensure follow-up consistency.
