Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our field sales team. You will interact with property owners and customers, conduct property/site visits, explain NoBroker services, and help drive successful property transactions.

Qualified leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
Meet property owners and customers for property sales, rentals, and leases.
Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
Negotiate with buyers and sellers to support deal closure.
Onboard property owners and promote premium services where applicable.
Visit commercial properties and collect owner details.
Update property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.
Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility
Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
Smart Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

Mandatory Requirements
Own bike and valid driving licence.
Smartphone.
Ability to communicate in at least one of these combinations:
English Kannada
English Telugu
English Tamil
English Hindi
English Marathi
