Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, guide parents through the admission process, and contribute to achieving the school’s admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
Counsel parents regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Conduct school tours and explain the school’s offerings to prospective parents.
Support admission campaigns, outreach activities, and promotional events.
Prepare daily and periodic admission reports for management.




Ensure a positive parent experience through professional communication and timely responses.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; a degree in counselling, management, or communication will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining data records.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive skilled with a pleasant personality, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to build trust with parents while meeting admission targets. Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
