About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on Kiwi's Claims Platform . You will work on the complete claims journey — from when a claim is reported to when it is processed and paid.
What you'll do
Own product requirements for claims workflows.
Work closely with Engineering and other business teams.
Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify gaps, edge cases and workflow issues.
Help build and improve claims products from scratch.
Work across Motor, Group Health Insurance and Commercial Insurance.
What we're looking for
2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis or a similar role.
Experience working on tech products/features .
Good understanding of product requirements and workflows.
Solid user story and documentation skills.
Comfortable working closely with Engineering teams.
Insurance/Insurtech experience is relevant.
