Designation: Business Development Officer (BDO) Address: Ballygunge, Kolkata,

Education: B. Com / BBA / B. Sc & (MBA preferred).

Experience: 4 to 5 years Marketing & business development from Education, insurance,

telecom, banking.

Key Responsibilities
Obtain school permissions for contests and activities.
Conduct Parent Presentations.
Generate leads and support business growth initiatives.
Support franchisees (approx. 10) in business growth and retention activities.




Execute local marketing activities through franchisees.
Collect marketing outstanding dues.
Manage relationships with schools (approx. 40) and key stakeholders.

Skills Required
Fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel in data analysis.
Robust communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling teams of 45 members are preferred to handle franchisees.

Travel Requirement
Travel within Kolkata city and surrounding districts.
Approximately 1012 travel days per month
