About Us The Vacay Homes is a curated vacation rental and hospitality brand offering premium villas, boutique homestays and experiential stays across India. Our portfolio spans across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Delhi NCR and more. Every property is carefully vetted for quality, privacy and guest experience, serving families, couples, friends, corporate groups and long-stay travellers.

The Role

We’re hiring a full time, hybrid Business Development & Marketing Executive in Pune to drive bookings, grow our portfolio and build our brand. You will:

Sales & Guest Experience
Handle guest enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating with property teams
Manage guest reviews across platforms: encourage feedback, respond and track recurring issues

Business Development
Identify and onboard new properties to expand our portfolio




Generate and qualify leads through digital, offline and referral channels
Build and manage a steady sales pipeline
Develop relationships with property owners, travel partners and corporate clients
Conduct meetings and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms

Content & Marketing
Coordinate with influencers and manage collaborations
Write SEO-friendly destination blogs
Edit property catalogues and photos

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Robust verbal and written communication, including a calm, solution-first approach with unhappy guests
Proven ability in lead generation and closing sales
Good writing skills and an eye for visuals
Experience in hospitality, travel, real estate or other customer-facing industries (preferred)
Working knowledge of MS Office

Positive to Have
Reel-making and social media content skills
Basic photo editing (Canva, Lightroom or similar)
