Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the complete hiring lifecycle from understanding requirements to successful onboarding ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
Maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit
Ensure timely closure of open roles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, conversion ratios)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/ IT/ Consulting companies
Solid communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
