KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across all environments.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting web, mobile, APIs, Azure Functions, integrations, and platform services.
Implement automated build, deployment, testing, security scanning, artifact management, and release processes.
Configure Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logging, dashboards, alerting, and operational monitoring.
Implement secure DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA, secrets management, policy enforcement, and secure deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with Cloud Architecture, Development, QA, Identity, Security, and Infrastructure teams to support production deployments, hypercare, and operational readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile, cross-functional, and distributed-team settings.




Hands-on experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering tools with appropriate human review, secure data handling, traceability, and validation of AI-generated outputs throughout the SDLC.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform scripting
Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Monitor, Application Insights
SAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets management, CI/CD security, operational monitoring
Release automation, workplace management, Infrastructure as Code, production support

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Financial services or regulated cloud delivery experience
Experience with Thales Akeyless, CipherTrust, enterprise secrets management, or mobile application release automation
Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
