Key Responsibilities
Assist in client follow-ups and relationship coordination
Support achievement of team growth targets
Organize meetings, presentations, and institutional visits
Maintain lead databases and update daily reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Qualifications
Final-year students or fresh graduates
Degree in Psychology (preferred) / Business / Marketing / HR
Solid communication skills in English and Malayalam
Confidence in speaking and networking
Willingness to learn sales and business processes
Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
