Branch Manager – Hallmarking Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our hallmarking centre operations, manage teams, handle vendors, maintain customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellers, vendors, and business partners.
Handle vendor management, coordination, and operational issues.
Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, BIS requirements, and quality standards.
Manage manpower planning, attendance, shift allocation, and staff performance.
Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Head Office and submit regular performance reports.
Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges effectively.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and expand the customer base.





Eligibility & Experience
4–5 years of relevant experience in branch management, operations, or team leadership.
Experience in the gold, jewellery, assaying, or hallmarking industry will be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Strong leadership, vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Languages required: Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
