Responsibilities
Complete a training program covering engineering fundamentals, Taazaas tech stack and AI-first development practices.
Break down problems, propose solutions and explain the trade-offs behind your approach.
Use AI tools such as coding assistants to research, write, test and debug code faster, while verifying and owning the output.
Work on real projects alongside experienced engineers and mentors.
Write clean, maintainable code and keep learning recent tools and technologies.
Requirements
Must have
A solutioning mindset: sharp analytical, logical and reasoning skills, and the ability to turn an open problem into a workable solution.
Hands-on knowledge of at least one language: JavaScript, Java, C++,
Python or C#.
A valuable grasp of data structures and algorithms.
A valuable understanding of OS concepts: process scheduling, threads and concurrency, context switching, memory management and file systems.
Working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu or Red Hat) with the shell, or Windows with PowerShell.
Curiosity about AI and the drive to use it to learn faster and work more productively.
Nice to have
Academic or personal projects you can explain confidently and answer questions on.
Experience building with AI tools, or participation in hackathons and coding contests.
