Drive branch revenue, admissions, conversions, P&L;, and profitability as per business targets.
Manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth and eicient day-to-day functioning.
Oversee the complete admission and learner onboarding process, including batch allocation and coordination.
Monitor batch performance, aendance, learner engagement, academic progress, and satisfaction.
Lead and monitor branch teams to achieve business and operational targets.
Coordinate with the Placement Team to support learner placements and improve career outcomes.
Build solid relationships with learners and alumni to drive retention, referrals, and repeat business.
Handle learner and employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service standards.
Ensure branch infrastructure, compliance, processes, and organizational policies are consistently maintained.
Track branch performance through regular MIS, reports, reviews, and performance metrics, and take corrective actions where required.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
