The Sales Head will own the overall digital business P&;L and lead business strategy, AOP planning,

and profitable growth across E-commerce, D2C, Performance Marketing, Customer Retention,

CRM, Business Analytics, Marketplaces, Customer Experience, and other strategic business verticals. The role requires solid commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, cross-

functional leadership, and ownership of business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Own the online business P&L;, revenue, profitability, and growth.
Define business strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets, forecasts, and long-

term growth roadmap.
Drive growth across D2C, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Performance Marketing, and emerging business channels.
Optimize ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, customer retention, and overall customer experience.
Lead CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
Analyze business performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to drive strategic decisions.
Oversee promotions, forecasting, and business planning.




Build dashboards, KPIs, and business reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, and

Customer Experience teams to achieve business goals.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across E-commerce, D2C, Performance

Marketing, CRM, Business Analytics, Marketplace Growth, and Customer Experience.
Drive process excellence, automation, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
1015+ years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, Performance Marketing, Business Strategy,

or Digital Business Leadership.
Proven experience managing P&L;, AOP planning, business strategy, and cross-functional teams.
Robust commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
Experience in retail, consumer, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or FMCG brands preferred.
