Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and manage business operations across an assigned territory.

The candidate will be based in Jaipur; however, the company will assign a separate state or region for sales operations. Frequent outstation travel is mandatory for market development, dealer/distributor visits, team management, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network in the assigned territory.
Identify recent markets and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Manage, guide, and monitor the regional sales team.
Conduct regular market visits and joint field visits with team members.
Develop robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.




Monitor primary and secondary sales, market coverage, and outstanding payments.
Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback to management.
Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Travel frequently to the assigned state/region as required by business needs.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 6–10 years in sales, preferably in regional, channel, or dealer/distributor sales.
Experience in building materials, construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing, paints, hardware, or related industries preferred.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
Robust team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to undertake frequent outstation travel and extended stays in the assigned territory.
Comfortable being based in Jaipur while managing business operations outside Rajasthan, as assigned by the company.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
