Role & responsibilities
Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Follow production schedules to achieve daily output targets.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
