Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our AI-powered solutions and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching AI solutions, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and other channels.
Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and business opportunities.
Pitch AI solutions and services to potential clients based on their business requirements.
Conduct client calls, presentations and product/service demonstrations.
Understand client pain points and work with the internal team to propose suitable AI-led solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients and key decision-makers.
Manage regular follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial discussions in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



opportunities and client interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting and revenue targets.
Track market trends, competitor offerings and emerging AI use cases to identify new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
Experience in selling AI, SaaS, IT services, eLearning, digital solutions or technology services will be preferred.
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with CXOs, founders, HR/L&D; heads and other senior decision-makers.
Solid prospecting and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and position technology/AI solutions accordingly.
Target-oriented, confident and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
