Business Development Lead – B2B & B2C

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Lead to drive broadband sales across B2B and B2C segments. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, promoting broadband plans, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to generate sales prospects.
Explain broadband plans, pricing, offers, and benefits to potential customers.
B2C Sales: Contact residential customers and convert leads into broadband connections.
B2B Sales: Approach businesses, offices, shops, and corporate clients to promote business internet solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert prospects into sales.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Collect customer details and complete CAF (Customer Application Form) documentation.
Coordinate with installation and technical teams for connection activation.
Update customer information, call records,



and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
Plan and execute daily sales activities, manage lead follow-ups, identify recent business opportunities, and drive customer acquisition across B2B and B2C segments.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of telesales, lead generation, and business development.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to plan and organize sales activities effectively.
