Job Title: Process Associate

Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Associate to join our operations team. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day transactions, maintaining accurate database records, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), and supporting continuous workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities
Process Execution: Execute daily operational tasks, data entry, record-keeping, and transaction processing with high accuracy.
Quality & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality metrics, and compliance guidelines.
KPI & SLA Tracking: Meet daily/weekly targets, turnaround times (TAT), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Issue Resolution: Identify transaction exceptions, investigate discrepancies, and escalate complex issues to supervisors promptly.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with team leads to spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest ideas for process optimization or automation.
Reporting: Prepare daily status updates, logs, and routine performance/quality reports.




Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling routine inquiries, status updates, and feedback.
Coordinate with clients to resolve process-related queries, document issues, and track resolutions to completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Freshers or 1–3 years of relevant experience).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic data analysis and spreadsheet reporting capabilities
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing workflows
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a quick-paced team environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
