Explain IT courses such as Full Stack Development, Mobile App Development, and Cloud Computing.
Handle inbound calls, walk-in enquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into course enrollments.
Explain course curriculum, training benefits, and placement opportunities.
Assist candidates with registration, admissions, and batch scheduling.
Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and admission records in CRM.




Coordinate with training and placement teams.

Requirements - 0–3 years of experience in Career Counselling, Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
Robust convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of IT courses and software technologies is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
