Large-scale CMDB implementations / transformation programs• CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance frameworks• Deep hands-on expertise in:
Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)• CI Identification rules, Data source precedence, reconciliation strategies• Solid understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management:
Completeness,
correctness, compliance, duplication control• CMDB health dashboards and KPIs
Responsibilities-
