Operate and program Carl Zeiss CMM for dimensional inspection of components.
Develop and execute CMM inspection programs as per drawings and inspection requirements.
Perform dimensional inspection of machined and cast components.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and technical specifications.
Prepare and analyze CMM inspection reports and ensure accuracy of measurement results.
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with Production/Quality teams for corrective actions.
Maintain CMM equipment, fixtures, probes, and measurement accessories.
Ensure proper calibration and accuracy of CMM equipment.
Support process improvement and quality control activities.
Maintain inspection records and documentation as per QMS requirements.
Coordinate with Production, NPD, Quality, and Machine Shop teams for quality-related issues.
