Candidate should be eager to understand how customer support contributes to business growth.

Key Learning Responsibilities
Observe and understand customer interactions across calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and social media.
Following up with customers regarding their enquiries and concerns.
Understand customer pain points and identify recurring feedback, trends, and customer insights.
Updating CRM records and maintaining accurate customer information.
Build product knowledge to better understand customer queries and expectations.
Support documentation, reporting, and other day-to-day customer support operations.

Who Should Apply
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi or Malayalam is a plus).
Passionate about learning customer support and customer experience.




Curious to understand customer behavior and business operations.
Valuable listening, observation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google Workspace, and Chat Tools).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow.
Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused.
