About the Industry & Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage daily production logs, dispatch entries, inventory documentation, and routine computer operations.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Stock Data Entry: Accurately log daily production outputs, raw material stock, and dispatch records into the system or spreadsheets.
Excel Sheet Management: Maintain, format, and update daily MIS reports, stock statements, and order tracking sheets using MS Excel.
Invoice & Challan Generation: Assist the dispatch and accounts team in preparing delivery challans, bills, and gate passes.
Documentation & Coordination: Coordinate with the plant floor managers and transport teams to ensure paperwork matches physical dispatches.
General Office Administration: Handle emails, filing, scanning of official documents, and general clerical duties.





Candidate Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.) from a recognized university.
Experience: 0–6 months of office administration or data entry experience. Freshers with outstanding computer skills can apply.
Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (Advanced Excel knowledge is a major plus) and basic computer operations.
Typing Speed: Valuable typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail to minimize data errors.
Communication: Skilled verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
